5:13 for before the law was given, ¹  sin was in the world, but there is no accounting for sin ²  when there is no law.

Roma 8:37

8:37 No, in all these things we have complete victory ³  through him ⁴  who loved us!

13:6 For this reason you also pay taxes, for the authorities ⁵  are God’s servants devoted to governing. ⁶
